SHIPPING TIME CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19

Shipping times

Since we are a small batched company, we only do shipments once a week on Mondays (in the Spring and Summer) and on Mondays (in the Fall and Winter) 9 am-5 pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays) out of Vancouver via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel or Fed Ex. You will be notified of the tracking number once the shipment has gone out. 

Canada - within 3-5 business days 
United States - within 3-5 business days 
International - within 10-22 business days

Shipping Carrier – All domestic orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited service. For international orders, once a parcel has cleared customs, it will be handed over to the local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e CANADA POST, FEDEX, USPS, AIRMAIL, ETC).

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been shipped.
